These Terms of Service govern the use of Wealth Reels Publisher.
Wealth Reels Publisher is a private automation tool used to schedule, publish and manage authorised content on connected Facebook, Instagram and YouTube accounts.
Authorised Use
The application may only be used by authorised owners, administrators or operators of the connected Pages, accounts and channels.
Users are responsible for ensuring that they have permission to access and publish content to every connected account.
Acceptable Use
Users must not use Wealth Reels Publisher to:
- Publish unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or unauthorised content
- Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or other third-party rights
- Access accounts or Pages without permission
- Manipulate engagement, reach or platform metrics
- Circumvent account, Page, monetisation or content restrictions
- Distribute malware, spam or harmful material
- Violate Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google or YouTube terms and policies
- Interfere with the application’s operation or security
Content Responsibility
Users remain responsible for all content submitted, scheduled or published through the application.
The application operator does not guarantee that connected platforms will approve, distribute, monetise or retain published content.
Meta, Google, YouTube and other connected platforms may delay, reject, restrict, remove or alter content according to their own systems and policies.
Account Credentials
Users must protect their login details, access tokens, API credentials and connected-account permissions.
Suspected unauthorised access should be reported immediately, and affected credentials should be revoked or replaced.
Availability
The application is provided on an as-available basis.
Continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Publishing may be delayed or interrupted by:
- Platform API changes
- Authentication failures
- Account or Page restrictions
- Network or hosting interruptions
- File-processing errors
- Scheduled maintenance
- Third-party service outages
Suspension or Termination
Access to Wealth Reels Publisher may be suspended or revoked where:
- Unauthorised use is detected
- Platform rules are breached
- Security risks are identified
- Continued access could harm the application or connected accounts
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the application operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from:
- Failed or delayed publication
- Reduced content distribution
- Monetisation restrictions
- Account or Page restrictions
- Third-party platform decisions
- Loss of access to connected services
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
